I had some major, unexpected repairs that were uncovered shortly after purchasing my complex, and Jessica was diligent in talking to the tenants to understand the nature of the issues, obtaining multiple quotes for the repair work, checked with me before any major work is done as per my request, and coordinated with the contractors to promptly resolve the issues for the tenants. I must say I was hesitant at first with RFTW mainly due to the long distance between my complex and their base office, but Jessica has convinced me that the distance is no factor in their service level to me. I am definitely pleased with RFTW and plan to use them for all my future properties in the area"
