Late Fee
6% late fee is charged on all unpaid rental charges on the 6th day or next business day. Post marks do not qualify, payment must be in our office.
Repairs
Repairs made by the tenant cannot be deducted from your rental amount unless you have written authorization from either the owner of the property or RFTW Inc. All deductions will be treated as a partial payment and late fees will apply.
30 Day Notices:
All tenants residing in a property located in California, regardless of a "month-2-month" or "1 year lease", who wish to vacate the property must provide RFTW with a written notice 30 days prior to moving from the property. If no notice is provided tenant automatically forfeits the deposit held by RFTW or the owner to cover the lost rent for the 30 day period.
Moving:
If you are moving please make sure to return keys and or arrange for an inspections with our office. You are still considered to be occupying the property until the keys have been returned to our offices or an inspection has been scheduled.
